A Transaction Cycle is a sequence of exchanges that happen in a specific order to complete a successful transaction. It includes fundamental exchanges that are important in all human transactions. If you skip or ignore any step in the cycle, it may cause problems for you.
The simple objective of every Presentation is to make or consider an offer to enter into a contract. During any presentation, we align our Intent to Act. We get a “meeting of the minds.”
